1. Operator of early-booker.com

“Bigmedia24 Dynamics Ltd.” may be used on the portal as a shortened company name. The legal entity and website operator is BIGMEDIA24 DYNAMICS LIMITED.

2. Scope and relationship with travel booking terms

These Terms of Use apply to access to early-booker.com and to the content and technical functions provided through the portal. These include, in particular, search and comparison functions, information pages, support channels, redirects, booking-management functions and verification processes.

For a specific accommodation booking, flight, car hire, activity, insurance product or other travel service, the contractual, rate, payment, amendment, cancellation and refund conditions displayed by the identified provider before completion also apply.

3. Role of Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited and the portal

Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited provides the technology and portal infrastructure. This includes user interfaces, search and display logic, technical interfaces, information and management functions, and related digital processes.

Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited is neither a tour operator nor an online travel agency. Travel services are generally provided by the provider identified in the relevant offer or booking process. That provider becomes the contractual partner for the travel service unless the specific booking process expressly states otherwise.

4. Permitted and responsible use

You may use the portal for lawful private, business or editorial research and for the travel-planning and booking-management functions made available for their intended purpose. You must not infringe the rights of others, breach applicable law or compromise the security or stability of the portal.

In particular, the following are prohibited:

• providing false, manipulated or misleading information in booking, support or verification processes,
• unauthorised access to another person’s booking, data, user area, interface or system,
• circumventing access controls, verification measures, security measures or rate limits,
• transmitting malware, harmful commands or content capable of interfering with systems,
• misusing support, search, booking or management functions,
• actions that disproportionately impair the stability, security or availability of the portal.

5. Search engines, AI systems and automated access

Legitimate search-engine, analytics and AI crawlers may access publicly available content provided they respect the instructions in robots.txt, published machine-readable directives, applicable law and reasonable request rates.

Automated access is not permitted where it circumvents protective measures, retrieves non-public data, combines personal data for incompatible purposes, unlawfully reproduces substantial datasets, manipulates booking processes or places a disproportionate load on the technical infrastructure.

Automated indexing does not create a licence for commercial reuse of protected content or databases. Uses permitted by law and mandatory statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

6. Responsibility for information entered by users

If you use search, contact, verification or booking functions, the information required for the relevant process must be accurate and complete. In particular, check names, travel dates, email addresses, number of travellers and contact details before submitting them.

Verification codes, booking references and access credentials must not be disclosed to unauthorised persons. If you suspect misuse, contact the responsible provider or our support team without undue delay.

Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords or other confidential access credentials by email, chat or a general contact form.

7. Content, search results, prices and travel offers

Travel content, prices, availability, ratings and service information may come from connected partner and data-provider systems. They may change dynamically depending on travel dates, occupancy, selected rate, currency, taxes and available inventory.

The display of a search result does not generally constitute a legally binding offer by Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited. The contract for the travel service is concluded in accordance with the steps shown in the booking process and with the contractual partner identified there.

8. Technical availability and changes to the portal

We aim to operate the portal securely, reliably and with current information. However, uninterrupted, error-free or delay-free availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Maintenance, security measures, technical faults, attacks, network interruptions, partner outages or incorrect external data may temporarily affect individual functions.

We may change, expand or discontinue content, navigation, interfaces or functions where there is an objective reason to do so, provided applicable legal obligations and existing user rights are respected. Existing contracts for travel services are not unilaterally altered by such changes to the portal.

9. Measures against misuse and security risks

Where there are concrete indications of attacks, misuse, unauthorised access, automated overload or other security risks, we may take appropriate and proportionate protective measures. These may include rate limiting, temporary restrictions on individual functions, additional verification or blocking clearly harmful requests.

Where reasonably possible, the nature, scope and duration of a protective measure will be proportionate to the specific risk. Statutory rights, necessary evidence preservation and regulatory obligations remain unaffected.

10. External content, partner websites and redirects

The portal may contain content, widgets, links or redirects involving travel, affiliate and technology partners. When accessing external offers, the terms of use, booking terms, privacy information and cookie policies published by the relevant third party may apply in addition.

Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited does not adopt third-party content as its own merely by technically linking to or integrating it. Statutory responsibility for our own selection, integration and disclosure obligations remains unaffected. 11. Copyright, trade marks and database rights

Texts, trade marks, logos, design elements, software, processed data, graphics and other parts of the portal may be protected by copyright, trade mark rights, database rights or other legal protections. Rights in partner content remain with the relevant rights holder.

Reproduction, modification, systematic extraction, redistribution or commercial use beyond the limits permitted by law requires the prior consent of the relevant rights holder. Quotations, search-engine indexing and other uses permitted by law remain possible to the extent allowed by applicable legislation.

12. Responsibility and liability

Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited is responsible for its own acts, its own content and the operation of its own technical portal infrastructure in accordance with applicable law.

The provider identified in the offer or booking process is generally responsible for the provision, quality, amendment or non-performance of a travel service in accordance with the relevant contract and applicable law. This does not apply where Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited has expressly assumed a corresponding obligation in an individual case or is otherwise legally responsible.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under mandatory law. In particular, mandatory consumer rights and statutory claims relating to intentional conduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, and other non-excludable rights remain unaffected.

13. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. Our Privacy Policy provides further information about purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and data-subject rights.

14. Changes to these Terms of Use

We may update these Terms of Use where the legal framework, technical processes, security requirements or portal services change. The current version will be published on this page together with its updated date.

Changes generally apply to future use from the date of publication. Rights and obligations that have already arisen are not changed retrospectively to the detriment of users. Where a material change affects a function used on an ongoing basis, we will provide appropriate information where legally required or reasonably practicable.

15. Governing law, consumer rights and contact

To the extent legally permitted, these Website Terms of Use are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer, mandatory protective provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected where those provisions apply under the relevant rules of private international law. These Terms of Use do not create an exclusive jurisdiction agreement to the detriment of consumers.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. An invalid provision is not automatically replaced by the broadest possible provision in favour of the portal operator; the applicable statutory rules govern instead.
