Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Some guests reported sewage odor in a bathroom and generally low maintenance in rooms, indicating below-average cleanliness in areas.

Service

Multiple reviews praise staff as amazing, attentive and friendly (reservations desk, servers, room attendants); one procedural check-in concern was noted but staff interactions were mostly excellent.

Location

Property is praised for a beautiful, peaceful setting and gardens, but several guests find it remote from town which reduces convenience.

Room Quality

Several guests reported old/worn bathrooms, noisy air conditioning and refrigerators, and poor room maintenance, lowering room quality.

Amenities

Hot springs and pools are repeatedly highlighted as a major positive; gardens and on-site amenities are well-liked and family-friendly.

Value for Money

Mixed impressions: some guests call it great value, others feel it is expensive given food quality and remoteness.
