Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Most guests described rooms as clean and tidy, but one guest reported a persistent old tobacco smell and some reviewers wanted more thorough mid-stay cleaning.

Service

Consistently praised staff (Katriana, Dee, Sobia, Jay, Katerina, Breda) described as warm, welcoming and very helpful, with several mentions of excellent breakfast service and allergy accommodation.

Location

Mixed to negative; while some called the location good, at least one guest reported police activity, local youth unrest and feeling unsafe walking nearby, which notably impacted their willingness to return.

Room Quality

Guests reported comfortable, well-sized rooms, excellent beds and good showers, though one room was described as dated and another had a tobacco smell.

Amenities

Noted amenities include validated parking, a pitcher of fresh water at reception (reducing plastic), and events/party nights; amenities were generally seen as useful and appreciated.

Value for Money

Perceived as reasonable value — consistent Premier Inn standards, free/affordable parking windows and generally recommended by guests.

Experience modern luxury at Hub By Premier Inn London Shoreditch, where style meets convenience in the vibrant heart of London.

Exceptional Location

Nestled just steps from the iconic Brick Lane, our hotel places you within close proximity to major attractions like the Financial District and Tower Bridge, making it your ideal urban escape.
