Sustainability Certifications

Cleanliness

Multiple reviewers described the property and rooms as very clean and quiet, though some noted wet shower floors due to lack of curtain/door which affects perceived bathroom cleanliness.

Service

Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, welcoming and attentive (names mentioned: Zoe, Euwan); check-in was easy and service considered a strong point.

Location

Consistently described as excellent and a short walk to the V&A Waterfront, Aquarium and transport/tours — a primary reason guests would return.

Room Quality

Multiple comments about rooms being very small/cramped and bathrooms tiny; shower design (no curtain/door) causes wet floors and there were some reports of an AC not working in one room.

Amenities

Breakfast and on-site restaurant are strong points (omelet station, specialty coffees); onsite parking available but not undercover; Wi Fi cited as poor and facilities are somewhat spread across buildings.

Relaxation and Comfort: Indulge in massages and body treatments, and enjoy the convenience of complimentary wireless internet and concierge services. The banquet hall adds a touch of elegance to your events.

Delicious Dining Options: Savor local cuisine at Stonebreakers Restaurant, or opt for room service for a cozy night in. Don't miss the buffet breakfast served daily for a great start to your morning.
