Cleanliness

Generally clean with praise for bedding and showers; one guest reported a ceiling collapse and another reported skin rashes, indicating isolated maintenance/cleanliness concerns.

Service

Staff repeatedly described as exceptional and attentive (several comments praising Roberto and concierge/housekeeping). A minority noted intrusive concierge contact and aggressive timeshare sales, but overall service sentiment is very strong.

Location

Resort is attractive but several guests noted it is not truly beachfront (requires shuttle to a beach club) and beach club issues like seaweed; others enjoyed the beach/pools—mixed but leaning below average for expectations.

Rooms and swim-out suites received high praise (comfortable bedding, impressive rooms). A few mentions of room temperature not cold enough, but overall room quality is excellent.
