Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed: many comments praise clean rooms, but there are specific complaints about corridor cleaning, worn/bad-condition towels and the need to request cleaning — slightly below expected.

Service

Generally strong: staff are repeatedly praised for attention and prompt handling (room change, friendly service); some management/parking coordination issues mentioned but overall service is a major positive.

Location

Very positive: multiple reviews cite excellent/safe location (Savassi), easy walking access to attractions — one of the hotel's clear strengths.

Room Quality

Mixed-good: many guests note comfortable, quiet rooms and excellent showers, but others report mattress/pillow problems, bathroom door privacy issues and inconsistent water temperature.

Amenities

Below average: several lacking or problematic amenities reported (no iron, no in-room coffee/water, gym often under maintenance, parking outsourced and troublesome).

Value for Money

Some concern: breakfast perceived as tasty but expensive; parking not included and worn towels/mattress issues reduce perceived value.

Discover the perfect blend of relaxation and urban convenience at Novotel Belo Horizonte Savassi, your gateway to an enriching stay in the vibrant heart of Belo Horizonte.

Luxury Spa Experience

Unwind at our full-service spa, where rejuvenating massages will melt your stress away, leaving you refreshed and ready to explore.
