Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ('It was clean', 'pulizia perfetta', 'cleanliness' listed as a pro), so cleanliness is rated very highly.

Service

Mixed service feedback: some staff described as 'gentilissimo' and staff compensated a bed issue, but there are several complaints about unfriendly or disengaged check-in staff, lack of help with luggage and unhelpful responses to heating problems.

Location

Location is repeatedly highlighted as an excellent pro ('middle of So Ho', 'Emplacement top', 'great hotel and location'), therefore rated at the top of the scale.

Room Quality

Rooms receive mixed comments: comfortable bedding and cosy ambience noted, but recurring negatives include lack of drawers, narrow bed, minimal/heating issues, dark/dingy corridors and some noise through doors.

Amenities

Some amenities praised (good in-house restaurant, breakfast), but issues cited include no coffee machine, missing drawers/furniture, lack of heating in rooms/hall and unexpected items in room supplies, so amenities are slightly below top-tier.

Value for Money

Multiple reviewers explicitly call out high prices ('super high', 'unfassbar hoch') and complaints about charges for room changes; value is rated below the overall due to cost concerns.

Luxurious Accommodations and Top Notch Service

Indulge in luxury at The Mercer, a 5-star hotel in Soho just minutes away from iconic landmarks. Enjoy loft-style rooms with high ceilings, flat-screen TVs, and marble bathrooms with walk-in showers. Need entertainment? Request a video game system for your room.

Personalized Wellness Services

Relax and rejuvenate with private exercise trainers, massage therapists, and yoga lessons at your disposal. Pamper your furry friend with dog walking services while you take advantage of valet parking and chauffeured limousines. Don't forget to explore the lobby's extensive book and magazine library.
