Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Generally reported as clean (one review specifically notes the facility was clean); no widespread cleanliness complaints.

Service

Consistently praised across reviews: staff described as very friendly, helpful and professional (offers of upgrades/compensation, helpful with issues like changing a tire). Strong positive sentiment justifies a high score.

Location

Multiple mentions of stunning ocean views, marina, quiet surroundings and beautiful sunsets; one note about a very dark road at night but overall location is a highlight.

Room Quality

Several negative mentions: old rooms, recurring power outages, AC not working at check-in, door/lock concerns and lack of in-room safe — lowers the score relative to other categories.

Amenities

Infinity pool and property amenities are praised, but issues reported with minimart stock, no ice and absence of a safe in room reduce the score somewhat.

Value for Money

Multiple guests call it great value and repeat visitors recommend it; despite some service/room hiccups, perceived value is strong among reviewers.

Indulge in a haven of relaxation and adventure at Hotel Bannister by Mint, where your ultimate escape awaits.

Spa Oasis

Pamper yourself in our luxurious spa, offering a range of massages, body treatments, and rejuvenating facials designed to melt your stress away.
