Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews praise the property as very clean (bathroom exceptionally clean, new property, clean lobby, clean rooms and beds), though one guest noted the floor was not cleaned unless requested.

Service

Staff frequently described as friendly, professional and helpful (assisted with requests, provided foldable bed promptly); a minority reported a curt receptionist and stingy provision of sachets.

Location

Consistently highlighted as excellent and very central (close to Taksim Square, great area for exploring Istanbul).

Room Quality

Mixed feedback: some rooms and VIP rooms praised as comfortable and well maintained, while others were narrow for larger parties, had dim lighting for some guests, or pillows that were too hard/high.

Amenities

Good amenities noted (VIP room, restaurant, breakfast variety); negatives include limited daily water provision and some lack of soundproofing between rooms.

Value for Money

Mixed sentiment: some guests found good value for the price, while others felt the nicer rooms (VIP) were expensive for what was offered.

Luxurious Accommodation

Located just a short walk from Taksim Square, the 4-star Titanic City Hotel offers contemporary rooms with flat-screen TVs, wooden floors, and elegant bathrooms. Enjoy complimentary fruit and a minibar in-room, along with free Wi-Fi access and a safety deposit box.

Relaxation and Wellness

Unwind at the hotel's spa with a free hammam, indoor pool, gym, and massage treatments. After a day of sightseeing, indulge in a quality breakfast with a vast variety of choices and dine at the Alesta Restaurant for international delicacies. End your day at the pleasant bar or café with an assortment of hot drinks.
