Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: several guests cited clean rooms, but housekeeping lapses were noted (towels/coffee not restocked) and exterior parking area had broken glass, indicating inconsistent upkeep.

Service

Mixed service feedback: warm greetings, friendly front-desk interactions, and an efficient shuttle were praised, but some guests reported dismissive staff responses (breakfast allergy question) and indifferent handling of a vehicle-theft incident.

Location

Consistently positive: excellent for airport access, described as in a safe part of south Chicago with walkable restaurants and nearby hotels (Starbucks/Dunkin) — clear location advantage.

Room Quality

Mixed: rooms described as clean and comfortable with good amenities (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, desk), but several guests reported paper-thin walls, loud noises, and some rooms being small.

Amenities

Strong amenities noted: onsite sports bar/restaurant, hotel store (chargers, snacks), shuttle service, ample parking and convenience offerings frequently mentioned positively.

Value for Money

Mixed value: some guests used favorable park-and-fly rates and appreciated included amenities, but multiple complaints about an overpriced ($20) low-quality breakfast lowered perceived value.

Experience unparalleled comfort at the Double Tree by Hilton Chicago Midway Airport, your ideal getaway in Bedford Park.

Recreational Amenities

Dive into relaxation with our indoor pool or maintain your fitness routine at our state-of-the-art fitness center, ensuring a refreshing stay for every guest.
