Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Generally praised (clean towels, well-maintained bungalows, regular cleaning noted) though isolated issues reported (cracked bathtub with residue, occasional plumbing problems).

Service

Consistently highlighted as a strength: friendly, helpful staff and lovely hosts; accommodating (assistance, quick fixes, helpful spa/day-spa staff, shuttle/electric cart service).

Location

Excellent central Seminyak location with short walks to shops, restaurants and beach and convenient 24-hour store/parking access; downside for some guests: nearby road/club noise at night.

Room Quality

Rooms/villas are spacious with comfortable large beds and private pools for many units; some aging/maintenance issues reported (missing tiles, cracked bathtub, dated bathrooms, occasional lack of hot water, noisy non-pool rooms).

Amenities

Strong amenities like private pools, day spa and on-site conveniences, but mixed execution for some guests (no pool in some rooms, limited/non-working smart TV features, towel shortages, some facilities showing wear).

Value for Money

Multiple guests commented on good value for money and enjoyment of private outdoor spaces; considered good value despite some wear and minor issues.

DISINI Luxury Spa Villas-CHSE Certified offers an exquisite stay experience with private villas featuring infinity pools, spa massage tables, and marble bathrooms. The fusion of modern amenities with traditional Balinese decor creates a unique and lavish atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
