Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple mentions of cleanliness issues: dust behind fridge, dirty indoor pool, sofa hygiene concerns, cat smell and ants in some units, and inconsistent towel/change service — overall below expected standard.

Service

Repeated positive comments: friendly, attentive and helpful reception and staff; several guests explicitly praise staff assistance and responsiveness.

Location

Generally praised for strategic/central location and proximity to the sea and parking; however some noise from a busy road at night was reported (trade-off between convenience and occasional street noise).

Room Quality

Spacious and well-equipped apartments frequently noted, but recurring complaints about uncomfortable beds/sofa-beds, outdated furniture and bathrooms, small sinks/showers, and AC leaks reduce the score.

Amenities

Good range of amenities reported (private parking, gym, pool, well-equipped apartments). Some facilities had maintenance/stock issues (dirty pool, missing soap, no coffee maker in some units), but overall offerings are strong.

Value for Money

Mixed views: some guests feel the hotel is a bit expensive for what is offered and cited low-quality/limited breakfast for the price; others found the price reasonable relative to apartment size.
