Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Generally reported as clean and well maintained in many reviews, though a few guests noted issues (stained pillowcases, missing supplies, and occasional cigarette/odors from other units).

Service

Staff frequently described as polite, friendly and attentive (helpful reception and quick fixes for AC); a few reviews mentioned weak or unmotivated staff and minimal housekeeping service.

Location

Often praised as an excellent location for Disney and close to shops/restaurants; some guests noted that a car is needed to reach nearby amenities.

Room Quality

Rooms consistently described as spacious, comfortable and well equipped (kitchen, washer/dryer, large TVs); isolated issues reported include low shower water pressure, a faulty safe, or rooms not prepared on arrival.

Amenities

Pool repeatedly praised (large, great), plus useful in-unit amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, icemaker) and free parking; some disappointment with the on-site shop and limited shaded parking.

Value for Money

Multiple guests said the property was great value, worth the money and offered good price-to-quality.
