Rooms repeatedly described as very clean and comfortable, rooftop/pool noted as clean; however reports of house dust triggering allergies and missed amenities (no body soap) slightly lowered the score.

Mixed service feedback: many reviewers praised friendly, helpful staff and quick problem-resolution (safe issue, room move), but others reported unhelpful or unfriendly staff (especially breakfast personnel) and slower responses on some requests.

Consistently praised as a prime, central location with walking access to main sites and close to the metro/train — cited as a major highlight in many reviews.
