VIP Executive Art's Hotel

Generally reported as clean and neat in several reviews, but some mentions of bathroom wear/tear, drain smells (room 903) and rusted hand rails indicate occasional maintenance/cleanliness issues.

Multiple reports of poor or rude reception staff, refusal to provide promised complimentary water and inconsistent check-in information; a few positive notes (fast check-in) do not offset the recurring negative service comments.

Consistently praised as very convenient — close to Oriente train station, mall, airport access, cable car/harbour and walkable to restaurants and city attractions.

Mixed: some guests received nice rooms and firm beds, but there are notable problems (A/C not working, leaking shower due to broken door, smell from drains, accessibility bathroom with rusted rails).

Modern amenities and artsy design are noted positively; however some promised items (complimentary water) were inconsistently provided and the hotel lacks a pool — overall still above average.

Several guests describe the hotel as affordable and convenient for transport links, giving a strong sense of good value despite occasional service or room issues.
