Cleanliness

Generally clean and well maintained; multiple reviews praise tidy rooms and good housekeeping, though isolated comments note minor odors in toiletries and one sparsely equipped room.

Service

Consistently praised: reception and breakfast staff described as very helpful, attentive and kind across many reviews, contributing strongly to guest satisfaction.

Location

Excellent location near Garibaldi train station and metro, easy access to the Duomo and local restaurants; ideal for travelers although the area can be lively/noisy at night.

Room Quality

Most guests report comfortable beds, roomy and modern bathrooms; a few notes about modest furnishings in some rooms and missing welcome amenities (e. g. , bottled water).

Amenities

Good core amenities (breakfast, clean rooms) but limited onsite restaurant/bar and no dedicated parking (hotel offers nearby parking discounts); overall adequate but not extensive.

Value for Money

Frequently described as good value for the price with solid quality; a minority felt the room amenities could better match the rate.
