Casual Socarrat - Adults Only Hotel

Multiple guests reported unpleasant odors in rooms/bathrooms, occasional issues with towels and replenishment, and some comments that room cleaning could be more thorough.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and helpful; a few isolated comments about a less friendly receptionist, but overall service is a strong positive.

Consistently praised as central and convenient for attractions, transport and beaches; many guests highlight the excellent location.

Several mentions of room issues: persistent odors, air-conditioning not always performing well, occasional uncomfortable beds and small/partitioned rooms or shower configuration concerns.

Generally good amenities (AC, balconies, proximity to transport); limited negative reports such as a defective elevator and recurring AC fault reports, but amenities are largely functional and adequate.

Guests note good value for the central location and services; minor negatives like lack of free nearby parking but overall perceived as good value.
