Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: several guests said rooms were clean, towels and housekeeping praised, but at least one review reported mold in the bathroom and another noted housekeeping ignored a 'Do Not Disturb' sign — overall cleanliness is inconsistent.

Service

Generally very positive: multiple reviews praise friendly and helpful reception staff who assisted with luggage and requests; some communication lapses (unfulfilled bed separation, denied extra duvet) but overall service is a strong point.

Location

Frequently highlighted as excellent — very close to the train station and public transport, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance; one review mentioned people sleeping on the street making the area feel a little rough, but location convenience is a clear strength.

Room Quality

Mixed: several guests enjoyed spacious, comfortable rooms with good mattresses, but others reported old/damaged rooms, leaking baths and worn furniture — room quality varies by unit.

Amenities

Some useful amenities noted (good towels, hairdryer, coffee machine), but guests reported issues: no kettle in some rooms and non-functioning air conditioning in one room during hot weather; amenity reliability is uneven.

Value for Money

Mostly positive value comments — at least one guest explicitly called it excellent value for the price and several stayed for convenient, no-frills stays; a few felt the condition of some rooms didn't justify a higher price.

Escape to Hotel Milani, your enchanting retreat in the heart of Rome!

Convenient Amenities: Enjoy complimentary wireless internet throughout the hotel, making it easy to stay connected. Our concierge services are here to ensure your every need is met, and unwind by the cozy fireplace in our welcoming lobby.
