Cleanliness

Generally described as modern and clean in many reviews, but there are several specific complaints (stained walls, a smelly/dirty shower curtain, hairs in the bathtub and occasional maintenance-related dirt).

Service

Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, helpful and attentive; reception described as accommodating. Some notes about limited front-desk hours and lack of assistance at checkout, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.

Location

Very strong location sentiment: central, close to train station, Nishiki market, many restaurants and a 7-Eleven — repeatedly highlighted as a major positive.

Room Quality

Rooms often called modern, comfortable and well-equipped with comfy beds and good layout; a few guests mentioned very small rooms or limited luggage/storage space.
