4. Role of early-booker.com

early-booker.com is a digitally operated travel portal. Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited develops and operates the technical platform, user interfaces, search and comparison functions, booking-management functions, interfaces and other digital processes.

Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited is neither a tour operator nor an online travel agency and does not normally provide the travel services displayed on the portal itself. The portal enables users to find, compare, access or technically process offers made available through connected travel, affiliate and technology partners.

5. Travel providers and contractual partners

Hotels, flights, car hire, activities, tickets, insurance and other travel services are generally provided by the provider identified in the relevant offer or booking process. Unless expressly stated otherwise during the specific booking process, that provider becomes the contractual partner of the traveller for the selected travel service.

Before completing a booking, you should check in particular:

• the name and contact details of the service provider or contractual partner,
• the scope of the service, travel dates, travellers and selected rate type,
• the total price including displayed taxes and fees,
• payment, amendment, cancellation and refund conditions,
• the privacy information and contractual terms of the relevant provider.

The conditions of the provider identified in the specific booking process govern the relevant contractual relationship.

6. Offers, availability and prices

Search results, indicative prices, availability and service information may originate from the systems of connected partners and may change dynamically. The information displayed during the final booking step before a binding booking is submitted, and subsequently confirmed by the responsible provider, is decisive.

The mere display of a search result or indicative price does not generally constitute a legally binding offer by Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited. A contract is formed only after the steps shown in the relevant booking process have been completed and with the contractual partner identified there.

7. Technical infrastructure and partner services

External partner services may be used for hotel content, availability and price checks, pre-bookings, booking processes, payment functions, flights, car hire, activities or other portal features. These may include API, SaaS, affiliate or embedded widget solutions.

A partner’s technical involvement does not automatically mean that the partner is the legal provider of the travel service. The responsible provider and contractual partner must be identified in the specific offer or booking process.

8. Content, availability and liability

We aim to provide portal information and technical functions carefully, clearly and as up to date as reasonably possible. However, data transfers, price or availability information, external content and individual functions may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable.

Responsibility for content and services supplied by independent providers is governed by the relevant contractual relationship and applicable law. Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited remains responsible for its own acts and its own content in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful. Mandatory consumer rights, claims arising from intentional or grossly negligent conduct, and other mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Copyright, trade marks and rights of use

Texts, design, software components, processed data, trade marks, logos, graphics and other content may be protected by copyright, trade mark law or other legal rights. Rights in partner content remain with the relevant rights holder.

Reproduction, modification, automated extraction, redistribution or commercial use outside the limits permitted by law requires the prior consent of the relevant rights holder. Uses expressly permitted by law remain unaffected.

10. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

Please direct complaints concerning the technical use of the portal first to support@bigmedia24.com. If a complaint concerns a specific travel service, it may need to be addressed to the provider identified in the booking documents.

Bigmedia24 Dynamics Limited is not obliged and is currently not willing to participate in a voluntary dispute-resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body unless a specific legal obligation or express agreement applies in an individual case.

The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. For that reason, no outdated link to that platform is provided here.

11. Applicable law

To the extent legally permitted, the operation of this website and this Legal Notice are governed by Irish law. For consumers, mandatory protective provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence remain unaffected where those provisions apply under the relevant rules of private international law.

This Legal Notice does not create an exclusive jurisdiction agreement to the detriment of consumers.
